Everything was great, only I bought a ticket for the whole day, with this date, and at the entrance they warned me that they only work until 16:00 and all services end at 15:30. I am surprised how they sold a ticket with a pre-set date for the whole day, but in fact they worked shortened pre-holiday day. No compensation was offered.

No Q to get in, not overly crowded, beautiful and the drinks were lovely. Watersides were super fun and each area was kept clean. The wristbands were easy to use and prices are very good. The Thai restaurant was also good. It was an amazing out of world experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Extremely easy to book tickets through Headout. Arrived at Spa, into main reception where the 'skip the line tickets' mean nothing. You're shouted at by security and still have to join a que. It's also irrelevant which queue you join, we had Galaxy tickets and we're ushered into a different queue. Once past this point, it's wonderful, loads to do and clean. Lockers are big and easy to use and the food in the cafe is lovely. Pool bars are good fun. No chance of a bed or cabana as they're all reserved with towels and only 90% have people sat on them which is a little frustrating. Overall a fabulous day out, highly recommended!!

Beautiful spa as an environment, special for the vegetation and convenient for the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately I paid ticket to use all the areas but we couldn't do the slides because my partner couldn't take off a necklace and they wouldn't let us on so money wasted and not refunded and no information about it even in advance, totems didn't work to order food, few bathrooms and showers without products, music too loud, controlling staff who didn't give you directions. Whirlpools many but they ran on time so with all those people you couldn't use.

The spa is very neat and well controlled. Really spacious and modern. There are minor flaws for which there is room for improvement: unpleasant smell of water towards early afternoon, several cocktails poured into the water by tipsy clients resulting in floating sugar, limes and straws, loungers occupied throughout the day by people not present in the area and therefore impossible to relax on the loungers.

I liked the bar that serves cocktails in the pool, and I didn't like instead the fact that my girlfriend wears a bathing suit with some kind of skirt over it and had to take it off, I don't understand what bothered her. The guide in palace of parliament was excellent. It would be better if we could visit more rooms. In bucuresti therme it was so crowded that we couldn't sit in any sunbed or chair or bed and there was not locker for everyone and not in the same entrance place. It was inconvenient. But overall an excellent experience both of the places. The palace was monumental and very impressive. The spa was magnificent , relaxing and unforgettable experience. Romantic sunset and extraordinary events in elysium. I totally recommend especially not in weekends or official holidays.

Good morning we visited the house of the people on January 3 at 14:00, first of all I have to say that the building is impressive but unfortunately we did not manage to see many rooms and general areas as the tour was only in 5 rooms. The impression I was left with was negative as I would have liked the tour to last much longer to see more parts of the building such as bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms etc, as well as it would have been nice at some point to have a coffee area. The tour guide was in too much of a hurry as after our group there were others, so we had to run around to catch up.

Everything was great, only I bought a ticket for the whole day, with this date, and at the entrance they warned me that they only work until 16:00 and all services end at 15:30. I am surprised how they sold a ticket with a pre-set date for the whole day, but in fact they worked shortened pre-holiday day. No compensation was offered.

The tour was ok but with 24 euros I expected much more. The guided tour was only 45 minutes. The content got a bit boring after a while. Almost no historical information and so much about how big the rooms are, how high the curtains, how much marble was used. Ok, we got it, it's a big palace.

No Q to get in, not overly crowded, beautiful and the drinks were lovely. Watersides were super fun and each area was kept clean. The wristbands were easy to use and prices are very good. The Thai restaurant was also good. It was an amazing out of world experience and I will definitely be coming back.

The tour itself was excellent. You could tell it was emotional for our guide to recount the history. But this business essentially exists because the Palace of Parliament website gives poor information: they say you have to *call* in advance for tickets, but from what we saw that's not actually true. You can buy tickets on the spot and join one of the regularly scheduled tours. So indeed this business does help you "skip the line", even though there wasn't much of one the day we went. And the tour wasn't private for our group.

Beautiful spa as an environment, special for the vegetation and convenient for the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately I paid ticket to use all the areas but we couldn't do the slides because my partner couldn't take off a necklace and they wouldn't let us on so money wasted and not refunded and no information about it even in advance, totems didn't work to order food, few bathrooms and showers without products, music too loud, controlling staff who didn't give you directions. Whirlpools many but they ran on time so with all those people you couldn't use.

Most interesting! Each of the rooms visited, its own personality, its own logic. The marble, the woodwork, the carpets... hard to see so much beauty all at once! Really I left with my eyes full! The place is huge. Well organized but worth in our opinion an afternoon (no more) As for transfers, we paid for two tickets that, according to the advertisement, included pick-up at the place where we were. However, we were told to move by whatsapp at a pick-up point . When I contacted support, I was told that they would call the company for transportation, but the situation did not change.

5,000 storage cabinets impressed us. We found knowledgeable young people to always point us to what we needed. Architecture of the facility superb! Water pleasantly not cold. Food in the restaurant with international cuisine excellent. Quiet and polite public.
