The spa is very neat and well controlled. Really spacious and modern. There are minor flaws for which there is room for improvement: unpleasant smell of water towards early afternoon, several cocktails poured into the water by tipsy clients resulting in floating sugar, limes and straws, loungers occupied throughout the day by people not present in the area and therefore impossible to relax on the loungers.

I was very happy to buy the tickets in advance and through Headout. The app is very easy to use and in a few minutes confirms the purchase. The Thermas of Bucharest is a worthwhile place, it is huge, with many pools and saunas.

Bucharest Thermal is the best complex of its kind that I have ever visited. In terms of quality and price, I was pleasantly surprised—similar complexes in Europe are much more expensive. The showers and toilets are clean and well-maintained. The spa zone is incredible, especially the sauna ceremonies. I’m not a big fan of saunas, but this time, I really enjoyed them. There are several food courts with a wide assortment of meals, catering to different tastes. One negative aspect, similar to many resorts worldwide, is the issue with sunbeds. Many guests leave their towels on them for hours without actually using them, just to reserve a spot.

Great day out Too busy , beds were not managed well especially the relaxing beds and red lights. Food places were also busy and chaos. However very clean, lovely features, plenty to do, system in place are good to move around. I would go again.

Everything was great, only I bought a ticket for the whole day, with this date, and at the entrance they warned me that they only work until 16:00 and all services end at 15:30. I am surprised how they sold a ticket with a pre-set date for the whole day, but in fact they worked shortened pre-holiday day. No compensation was offered.

All is well , there was no line so the queue jumper did not help me , you can point to slippers and towels but I preferred to bring them for hygiene . The cashiers are many and offer an extensive lunch menu paying a 15€ each more or less

No Q to get in, not overly crowded, beautiful and the drinks were lovely. Watersides were super fun and each area was kept clean. The wristbands were easy to use and prices are very good. The Thai restaurant was also good. It was an amazing out of world experience and I will definitely be coming back.

The tickets process was so easy, only slight grip was the admin fee on each ticket as I brought as a group I expected just one charge not on each. But Netherlands it didn't spoil the trip. The wrist strap great idea and so easy to pop drinks and food in and to let you I to the zones. The food was amazing, the drinks such great choices, the spa was busy but we still managed to do everything other than the infant red beds but we were happy. Checking out was easy. Signs for toilet would be great as we got dressed needed to go but you cannot go to nearest one dressed so had to checkout and dash to the toilets in the foyer!!!! Recommend to anyone x

I liked the bar that serves cocktails in the pool, and I didn't like instead the fact that my girlfriend wears a bathing suit with some kind of skirt over it and had to take it off, I don't understand what bothered her. Otherwise everything was nice, especially The Palm area, because slide area and saunas did not interest us.

The guide in palace of parliament was excellent. It would be better if we could visit more rooms. In bucuresti therme it was so crowded that we couldn't sit in any sunbed or chair or bed and there was not locker for everyone and not in the same entrance place. It was inconvenient. But overall an excellent experience both of the places. The palace was monumental and very impressive. The spa was magnificent , relaxing and unforgettable experience. Romantic sunset and extraordinary events in elysium. I totally recommend especially not in weekends or official holidays.

The place is huge. Well organized but worth in our opinion an afternoon (no more) As for transfers, we paid for two tickets that, according to the advertisement, included pick-up at the place where we were. However, we were told to move by whatsapp at a pick-up point . When I contacted support, I was told that they would call the company for transportation, but the situation did not change.

5,000 storage cabinets impressed us. We found knowledgeable young people to always point us to what we needed. Architecture of the facility superb! Water pleasantly not cold. Food in the restaurant with international cuisine excellent. Quiet and polite public. Sunbeds and seating for all tastes: although we have traveled a lot, we had never seen such an extensive center: it left us speechless. Thank you for this initiative!

I was scammed! I had my own car and I kept calling the number i was given to let the guide know that i am taking my own car to Therme no answers i kept calling for 3 days. When i arrived I showed them the bar code i had for the ticket and they told me it wasnt the right one i tried to find my tickets from the webside I couldn't find them. I had to pay and purchase another tickets. I want my money back ASAP
