The tour was ok but with 24 euros I expected much more. The guided tour was only 45 minutes. The content got a bit boring after a while. Almost no historical information and so much about how big the rooms are, how high the curtains, how much marble was used. Ok, we got it, it's a big palace.

Everything went according to plan: a meeting with someone from the agency who drove the group to the entrance of the Palace of Parliament. This enabled us to take the tour even though we hadn't been able to get tickets without this intermediary.

I expected to learn a lot about the whole Chaushesku-era, but the tour was mainly about what kind of art was at the wall and what kind of wood was used. Not bad, but not what I hoped for.

The tour itself was excellent. You could tell it was emotional for our guide to recount the history. But this business essentially exists because the Palace of Parliament website gives poor information: they say you have to *call* in advance for tickets, but from what we saw that's not actually true. You can buy tickets on the spot and join one of the regularly scheduled tours. So indeed this business does help you "skip the line", even though there wasn't much of one the day we went. And the tour wasn't private for our group.

Most interesting! Each of the rooms visited, its own personality, its own logic. The marble, the woodwork, the carpets... hard to see so much beauty all at once! Really I left with my eyes full! An excellent experience, accompanied by an excellent guide. An extremely friendly guy, enthusiastic to tell us, to show us, in excellent and accurate English. Everything was perfect!

The parliament building is an must-see in visits to Bucharest. We had an excellent guide who was was both knowledgable and clear. Highly recommend. Participants should do a better job of reading the instructions from the organisers -- the instructions were perfectly clear and the organisers were diligent in their communications, but a number of participants were lah-di-dah and showed up at the wrong time, at the wrong place, and without the required identification.

The buildings and their furnishings are absolutely worth seeing and unique. However, I would have liked to see more depth, especially in the parliament building, with information about the buildings surrounding it. I had also hoped to get a view from one of the balconies or terraces. Nevertheless, an unconditional recommendation. The tour is well organized.

**Review:** I want to share an important tip: online tickets don’t work for entry! After waiting in line for half an hour, I had to go back to the travel agency to get a printed ticket, which cost me almost an hour. So, make sure to bring a printed QR code! The castle itself is lovely, though it can get crowded especially during Halloween, which is understandable. The spooky stories added to the experience, and I highly recommend visiting. The gardens are beautiful, and you can even take a photo with Vlad on your way out. Enjoy your visit!

The castle is impressive from the outside and the inner courtyard is beautiful but there were a lot of people and you could not stop to read or take pictures. We bought a ticket for a certain time and they made us go in before, there were a lot of people inside which did not make me enjoy it very much. It is spectacular but for the price you pay to go inside there should be a capacity control to enjoy quality.

The booking was easy and fast. Ticket pick up at Transylvanian Wonders super agile, very fast. The visit to Bran Castle was very interesting. The only bad thing, the queue to enter, but that is inevitable when there are many people, because there is only one access, and at the door the guards avoid that too many visitors accumulate inside.

Kids loved the idea of the torture chamber. Hiwever, we did not reslize we needed extra tickets to see it and we were a group of 18 traveling together so only a few found a place to buy the extra tickets thus disappointing thise who didn't figure it out! Also the person who asked for the extra ticket was extremely rude though in her drfense it was a very hot day and I suspect we were not the only unhsppy people she'd seen that day!

Nice day, we went first to Peles castle (here as advice I would say stay a little bit longer because we wanted to stop for breakfast but never had time all too fast) but I must say very nice! Bran castle also nice but I confirm previous reviews outside suggestive inside "normal" Beautiful Brasov took a cake in the center very good All in all I recommend everything but a little bit more time wouldn't hurt

The tour did not follow the order that was given for the tour. To accommodate two people who were staying in Brasov, we had to go second to Bran Castle and third to Brasov. This meant that we had a limited selection for lunch at Bran Castle and a very short visit at Brasov. I'm sure the lunch options at Brasov would have been much better, we would have been able to sit in a cafe instead of a street corner, and we would have had more time to enjoy Brasov. The bus was full, so 41 people had to change their day around to accommodate the needs of just two others. We were never asked if this change of itinerary was suitable for us, just advised when we were driving out of Bucharest. Surely the two people could have made their own way to Brasov after the tour!

Tour guide Eugen was very informative. Coach driver did an awesome job particularly on the return journey when it was raining. Brasov is a great town...enjoyed my time there. Peles Castle was closed so we couldn't see inside...very disappointing. Bran Castle cost additional money to see inside. All in all a very long and tiring day.

We loved our trip to Bras castle, Peles Castle and Brasnov. The whole experience was very easy from beginning to end. We booked with tickets included and our lovely guide, Eugen, bought them for us when we got to the castles. He made the tour the success it was, as he was really informative, with a dry sense of humour and couldn't do enougth for any of those on his tour. I have to say that the coach was also very comfortable and the commication from Eastern European Experience first rate. I also used Headout's customer services to answer some questions and they were very helfpul.

To start, Ana, was a great guide, we learned part of the Romanian history, its places, castles, she also gave us some gastronomic tips, even on how to use public transportation, she was an excellent host during the excursion. Then about the places we have been, they have all been beautiful. For us Pele Palace was the most wonderful but in fact the whole tour is really good.

In the beginning of the day trip I was worried because my what'sapp phone number is different from one I mentioned so i got mail about meeting point but no one contacted me personally and as it turned out there are many groups heading on tour from that point. But luckily all was good and my trip was amazing, Vlad was a great guide, you can feel he has a deep knowledge about history back then because he could say some interesting facts that most people wouldn't know. The minivan was comfortable. We also had enough time for pictures which is important for me. So overall I had a good experience, thank you.

First issue. On the Palace of Parliament website states clearly that you have to call them to confirm your spot in any case. You take care of this but it was nowhere stated, and I was calling them and they were sending me back to you. Second issue. Your instructions clearly said to use the EAST entrance and I was sent to the back entrance. I could use the right entrance to go at the back of the building as well but it wasn't stated so I had to walk 30 more minutes and almost lost my booking. In both cases you need to provide correct and up to date information.

We really enjoyed the tour of the Palace. The tour guide was interesting and informative with lots of facts and figures about the palace. She spoke good English and ensured she answered all our questions. The only downside is the meeting point, there is no signage and looks the same as the many other entrances. We were nearly late. The meeting point is to the right as you are looking at the 'Visitor Entrance' perhaps 20m away. There was a round blue sign saying B3.

The link received was leading to the other side of the building, so we had to walk 1 Km and arrived later than planned. Moreover, there were indicator arrows guiding only to the wrong place. (they are two different meeting places for two different visits) We were not the only ones in this case. It seems that's something happening frequently, and the two different teams over there don't communicate between them ! Fortunately they waited for us and the guide was really excellent

Really bad information where the entrance to the tour is. No information in the palace or on the website. The official palace website is not working. Needs to be properly signposted for tourists. Need to differentiate the Parliament x Senate entrance for visitors! The tour itself was great - we were picked up by a very nice gentleman who took lovely photos outside. His English was great! I was worried I wouldn't understand. We were then taken over by his colleague who also spoke very interestingly. We probably only saw 8 rooms, which is a shame. I would have liked to see more. It's an impressive building.

The guide was great and provided a lot of information. One comment is that in the confirmation/ticket email it it NOT clear that EVERY visitor needs to bring a photo ID; it looked like only the person in whose name the tickets were issued needed to bring a photo ID. This should be specified better to avoid unpleasant surprises.

It was the first time we visited the castle and we loved it. The truth is that it hides a lot of history of the country. As for the guided tour is something I recommend, because as you go into the different rooms they tell you the story that happened there. As for the woman who gave us the tour, she spoke fantastic Spanish and made the tour in a very pleasant way. She also made sure that we all arrived safely, especially my grandparents who are a bit older. As a personal recommendation, if it is cloudy take an umbrella because there are areas of the castle that are outdoors and you can get wet if it rains.

The office with our guide and the tickets was located very close to the castle. Our guide spoke about the history of the castle in great detail and gave us a rather realistic overview of the historical figures connected to the Bran castle. We had our tour right at the time of the opening so we only had to wait for a short time to get inside the castle (as the spaces there just are not that big). I would recommend visiting the castle at the start of the opening hours even with the guided tour, because I am not sure whether the line to enter the castle can be skipped with the guide. And by the time we were leaving, the line to get in was already 1.5-2 hours long. Here I rate 5 stars as the queue for the castle did not affect us in the morning and our guide was nice and explained everything in detail and in a fun way.

Great guided tour of Bran Castle. We were in a small group with two canadians who were super pleasant to be around! Unfortunately I do not remember our guide's name(please excuse me) but just in case she reads this, I'd like to thank you for making our day and putting smiles on our faces on 15th June (tour started at noon)!! I wish all the best to you and your colleagues from Transyvlanian wonders!! A guided tour of the castle is really worth the price as there is little to no information regarding its history. Title: A Mystical Journey Through Bran Castle My recent guided visit to Bran Castle was an experience that far exceeded my expectations, weaving together history, myth, and breathtaking scenery into a tapestry as rich and compelling as the legends surrounding the castle itself. Nestled on the border between Transylvania and Wallachia, Bran Castle often evokes images of Bram Stoker's Dracula, a connection that, while tenuous in historical fact, adds a layer of intrigue to its already fascinating past. From the moment our group gathered at the entrance, our guide, a person of immense knowledge and palpable passion for the castle's history, welcomed us with a warm smile. It was clear from the outset that this was going to be a tour unlike any other. The guide's storytelling prowess was evident as they began to weave together the castle's history with the lore of the land, setting the stage for what was to become an unforgettable exploration. As we ascended the ancient stone steps, each turn and corridor revealed architectural marvels that spoke volumes of the castle's medieval heritage. Our guide expertly navigated us through the maze-like layout of Bran Castle, sharing fascinating anecdotes and lesser-known facts that one would miss without such a knowledgeable companion. The grandiosity of the castle's interior, from the ornate furniture and medieval armor to the secret passages hidden within its walls, was brought to life through stories that felt as vivid as the tapestries adorning the rooms. One of the highlights of the tour was undoubtedly the moment we stepped onto the terrace, where the panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes took our breath away. The guide's explanation of the strategic importance of the castle's location, perched high on a rock, provided a glimpse into the tactical minds of its former inhabitants. It was moments like these, standing amidst such beauty and history, that the castle's magic was most palpable. Throughout the tour, our guide remained attentive to our group's needs, answering questions with an enthusiasm that was infectious. Their expertise not only covered the historical and architectural aspects of Bran Castle but also delved into the cultural significance of the region, offering insights into the lives of those who lived in and around the castle through the ages. As our journey through Bran Castle came to a close, I found myself not only educated but deeply moved by the experience. The combination of the guide's storytelling, the castle's awe-inspiring presence, and the sheer beauty of its surroundings made for an excursion that I would recommend to anyone with a thirst for adventure and a love for history. In conclusion, my guided visit to Bran Castle was a journey through time, filled with tales of intrigue, bravery, and mystery. It was a reminder of the power of place to captivate the imagination and stir the soul. For those considering a visit, let this be your sign to embark on an adventure to Bran Castle. With the right guide, it's not just a tour; it's an experience that will linger in your memory, much like the timeless legends of this extraordinary place.

The castle is beautiful, well maintained with amazing mountain & forest views. Maria our guide spoke good English, was very friendly, knowledgeable and we enjoyed our castle tour with her which we found very interesting! Also we located with relative ease the meeting place & Greg who was funny and spoke fluent English brought us together with Maria within 5 minutes.

I don't think I have ever met a tour guide that was this knowledgeable and still so much fun to listen to. Grigore managed to take a tour that we were expecting to just be a simple summary of some facts and dates throughout history with a quick stroll through the fortress and turn it into an exciting, fun and unforgettable experience through sheer enthusiasm and masterful storytelling.

As I am a visiitor from Canada I was very impressed at the guides English. Better than many Canadians! He was also friendly and knowledgable. I admit to not being quite prepared for the narrow stair and how many. Perhaps that should be stated for the tour. Or I need to have smaller feet. :) Perhaps I should have known better regarding stairs, however, it would not hurt to warn potential guests that the stairs are not for the weak of heart. Literally. All in all, a very wonderful experience.

The tour was ok but with 24 euros I expected much more. The guided tour was only 45 minutes. The content got a bit boring after a while. Almost no historical information and so much about how big the rooms are, how high the curtains, how much marble was used. Ok, we got it, it's a big palace.

No Q to get in, not overly crowded, beautiful and the drinks were lovely. Watersides were super fun and each area was kept clean. The wristbands were easy to use and prices are very good. The Thai restaurant was also good. It was an amazing out of world experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful spa as an environment, special for the vegetation and convenient for the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately I paid ticket to use all the areas but we couldn't do the slides because my partner couldn't take off a necklace and they wouldn't let us on so money wasted and not refunded and no information about it even in advance, totems didn't work to order food, few bathrooms and showers without products, music too loud, controlling staff who didn't give you directions. Whirlpools many but they ran on time so with all those people you couldn't use.

The tour was excellent and well-organized. The bus was clean and punctual. Our guide, Sonia, was fantastic! She provided a detailed explanation of the itinerary and ensured everyone understood the meeting point and return time. During the drive to the salt mine, she shared interesting information about the historic buildings we passed and the city's history. We also requested a favor on the return trip, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend this tour!

All is well , there was no line so the queue jumper did not help me , you can point to slippers and towels but I preferred to bring them for hygiene . The cashiers are many and offer an extensive lunch menu paying a 15€ each more or less

At first I was a bit skeptical thinking we booked the wrong tickets (aka not from the official site) and I was worried it may be a scam. But it all went well, we entered and we had a great time

No Q to get in, not overly crowded, beautiful and the drinks were lovely. Watersides were super fun and each area was kept clean. The wristbands were easy to use and prices are very good. The Thai restaurant was also good. It was an amazing out of world experience and I will definitely be coming back.

The food at Galaxy could have been better - the Roamnian cornmeal with cheese and pork was absolutely terrible. Saunas were not worth the extra price.

Everything was great! I wasn't the most excited to go as I thought it was just a tourist trap. But I was so wrong. It is beautiful, and the prices are more than fair. We spent a whole day there and never got bored , it was great!

Really a beautiful experience. In nice weather walking in the pool from inside to outside without going outside is wonderful. Fun slides.

The spa is very neat and well controlled. Really spacious and modern. There are minor flaws for which there is room for improvement: unpleasant smell of water towards early afternoon, several cocktails poured into the water by tipsy clients resulting in floating sugar, limes and straws, loungers occupied throughout the day by people not present in the area and therefore impossible to relax on the loungers.

I liked the spa regardless. One could do different activities in many ways. Having purchased the ticket in advance turned out to be an advantage.

Posto incantevole... Unica pecca troppo affollato e file lunghe, Probabilmente perché era Sabato.
